When a double crossed deal between dirty police detectives (Ty Slater, Kevin Moriarty) and ruthless drug enforcers (Dave Curry, Chris Curry) goes awry, a struggling addict musician (Rich Ledoux) finds himself in possession of the sole item that can put an end to the out-of-control, bloody feud...
